Staff TrainingMediplast is currently undertaking Phase II of the World Class Manufacturing Programme. As part of this programme we have identified the need for continuous training for all of our employees. One format by which this training takes place within our organisation is CD-ROM computer inter-active training.All
employees have a unique password to gain access to their modules. This
enables us to tailor the programmes to the individual employee's
requirements. We are continually upskilling our personnel to
stay abreast of the latest developments in our industry.
